Our aim when making this wine was to emphasise the fruit flavours of the Merlot grapes gained through the ripening season.
This wine has aromas of red plum, mulberry and blackberry which are married together with a spicy, leathery oak finish. This soft-bodied merlot exerts smokey tobacco, green olive and rosemary flavours that give a lingering finish on the palate.
